It's rare to be disappointed by purchasing products from BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center. But no one is above mistakes, we too can make mistakes while running such a huge operation. Again, I can send the wrong book or wrong product from the publisher without checking. Even in that case, so that BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center and customer's relationship of trust remains intact, BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center has return facility. If there is any problem with the product through returns, the customer can send it back to BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center to get a fresh product. We believe customer trust is one of our achievements.

Return and Replacement Policy FAQ-

1. In what cases will returns be applicable?

• Returns are applicable for defective products only. BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center shall not be liable for returns for non-defective products.

2. What defects are acceptable for defective products?

1. Page Missing

2. Edition/version issues

3. Wrong product delivery

4. Product Missing

5. Physically Damaged Product

6. Holding more than the prescribed price

7. Missing bill of order (under/over kept)

8. Cover and book are two separate books

9. Product quality problems (printing problems/content errors), and

10. Missing gifts etc.

3. How many days can I return the product?

• Any defect in the product should be reported to BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center along with problem details as soon as received. The product must be checked while the delivery man is present, no complaints will be entertained after the delivery man has left and BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center will not be obliged to issue returns.

4. How and through which means can I report for returns?

• Inbox BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center Facebook page, live chat on BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center website or email : bdonlinegorgeousshoppingcenter@gmail.com for detailed complaints. If you send a picture of the problem with the product, you will get a quick solution. That means BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center will send a fresh copy to the customer.

5. How soon will I receive the new product?

• BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center will check the product for defects and arrange for delivery within 7-10 days. Customers will be contacted by BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center if necessary.

6. What will be the delivery system for returns?

1. In case of Express Courier outside Dhaka and Dhaka, the problem order should be returned to the delivery agent at the time of delivery, fresh/new product should be received. If the problematic book/product cannot be returned, it must be received in cash.

2. In case of other couriers including Post Office outside Dhaka Express Courier service, the customer has to send back the product himself and later receive the fresh product in the same manner.

3. If there is a defect in the electronics product with warranty, within Dhaka the BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center delivery team will collect the product themselves, if outside Dhaka, the customer will send the product to the address of BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center at his own risk. BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center will service and redeliver the product after receiving it.

7. How long will it take for me to receive a refund after returning a defective product?

• BD Online Gorgeous Shopping Center will refund within 10 working days of product return in case of pre-payment.
